🔹 Project Description

This project involved professional tiling and final cleaning works across two new-build residential blocks, giving all units a clean, modern, and well-finished look.

  • Block A: 13 units across 3 floors
  • Block B: 7 units across 2 floors

Our team carried out full surface preparation, wall and floor tiling, wet-area installations, followed by a full clean to ensure every space met both design and durability standards prior to handover.

🔹 Project Scope & Specification

Bathroom, En-suite & WC Works

  • Floors: Fully tiled throughout all designated areas
  • Bath & Shower Area: Full-height wall tiling inside every bath and shower enclosure
  • Remaining Bathroom Walls: Half-height tiling installed around all perimeter walls

Tile Size & Type:

  • 600×600 marble tiles
  • Large-format tiles for a clean, high-end finish
  • Tight grout joints

🔹 Cleaning & Handover

  • Full clean-down of all tiled areas upon completion
  • Removal of grout haze, dust, and installation residue
  • Units left clean, polished, and ready for immediate use or handover

Laser-guided alignment ensured straight layouts, consistent grout lines, and clean transitions. Every corner, edge, and trim was completed with accuracy to guarantee long-term durability and a flawless finish.

The 600×600 marble tiles elevate the look of each unit, adding brightness, depth, and a contemporary feel. Full-height tiling in wet zones combined with half-height tiling on remaining walls creates a refined balance between visual impact and everyday practicality.
