Project Overview

This project involved a full Builders Clean followed by a detailed Spark Clean across a collection of new build residential houses at The Hawthorns. Each property featured high-quality finishes, including marble-effect porcelain flooring, modern bathroom suites, freestanding baths, wall-hung WCs, and contemporary fixtures.

As with all new builds, fine construction dust, grout residue, adhesive marks, and protective films were present throughout. Our team delivered a structured, multi-phase cleaning process to ensure every home was handed over in a show-home standard, move-in-ready condition.

Project Phases

1️⃣ Builders Clean

This phase focused on removing all post-construction residue and preparing each property for final presentation.

Scope of Works:

2️⃣ Spark Clean

The Spark Clean delivered the final high-shine finish required for handover and occupation.

  • Detailed clean of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas

  • Precision polishing of baths, mirrors, glass panels, and chrome fixtures

  • Final limescale removal from taps, showers, and sanitaryware
